I am currently completing a manuscript, ALL THINGS TREND TOWARD TRANSFORMATION: A MEMOIR.

My Substack blog "Words for the Weekend: Finding Meaning in a Dying World" offers short pieces of memoir on spirituality, transgender issues, nature, dogs, and backyard chickens.

In my day job I am an Associate Teaching Professor at Rutgers University, teaching courses on comparative religion, Islamic history, and women in the Middle East.
